Aspen Dental was a very nice office with friendly people & my husband tells me they even listened to him & he loves to explain everything. The doctor was very helpful & they took care of him in 1 1/*2 hours.. Thanks for your help!

Aspen in general is excellent! Dr Jones is great! The office people need to take a lesson in scheduling the appointments. I had an appointment yesterday at 3. They called me at 8:15 that morning wanting to know if I could make it at 4. I said ok. Was there at 3:40 and didn't see the dentist until 5:10. Quite aggravating!

Today was my 2nd visit. Still nothing done. First visit met a dentist for 2 seconds. today was just to talk about insurance and or payment. Still nothing done and driven 80 miles already. We'll see what Friday brings. Today Friday was my appointment. As I sat in the waiting room got a phone call from Aspen Dental to cancel my appointment. I told them I was in the waiting room. They canceled my appointment because their material and supplies hadn't come in and didn't no when it would arrive. Said they could call me. What a mi... read more

Why isn't 0 stars an option? I sat in their waiting room for an hour for my 5pm appointment. At about 5:50 I asked when I would be seen and was told my name had been crossed off of the list. But wait! I could get an appointment for tomorrow at 5pm? After this appointment took a month to get I'm impressed you have time to see me tomorrow, or perhaps wait in the waiting room for another hour! No thank you. Don't waste your time here the ladies in the front are senseless.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional Customer Service on the phone. When you call in to get a appointment you dont even get out at the actual practice. You get transfered to a Call Center. The first time I alled to get a appointment only for a teeth cleaning. It would have been my first visit at Aspen. The guy then set me up for an appointment, told me they would have a discount going on where a teeth cleaning only cost 35 dollars and the X ray and examen is free. He said I wou... They don't give a damn about their customers. Waiting over a year for properly fitted dentures & the appointment gets canceled an hour before and pushed past two holidays to nearly a month away.
