This is by far the most unprofessional denistry in the country. went in to see about getting 2 fillings and the first option i was given was pull all my teeth and get fitted for dentures. Then when i asked the dentist what the hell he was talking about, he became angry and walked out like a kid. Then the office manager called to ask about my visit and told me its normal for the dentist to suggest dentures and he didnt have a chance to suggest anything else because "I" walked out. RecommendedI have been trying to reach the office for 4 days now. I called and left a voicemail and never heard back and when trying to call them back, it says they have phone restrictions. Last appointment I was suppose to finish my retainers but had to leave because I waited over 2 hours before even being seen and I needed to get my child from daycare. When we made the appointment almost2 months ago we were told they take the Alabama Medicaid that the state issues to children, today we get a confirmation call and told they don’t not take it, with that I called Dothan said office left a msg a lady just returned my call with several excuses, acting as though I referred to social security medical which I wasn’t then when I tried to get my point in this woman became hateful and down talk me, these ppl crazy! I would strongly suggest NOT wasting your time and money with Aspen dental! Numerous email confirmations Numerous text confirmations Verbal confirmations And yet they canceled my appointment while I was in the office for my scheduled appointment because they require yet a 24-hour verbal notice. Not everyone has the opportunity to use personal cell phones at work and will return calls as they can. To not give Aspen dental an immediate response, they cancel you!.
Wish I didn’t have to even give one star. The dental hygienist and dentist were horrible. I went in for a tooth extraction and to talk about a partial in that order but these two women were the most vile. You walk in and get swooped up by all these X-rays then have someone come in and tell you that you need 6-8 of your teeth pulled that are still good and not bothering you.
