Don't go here. I had two fillings put in two years ago and had to have one replaced because the lady doing it didn't put it flat against my tooth and that cause food to get stuck under the full in and start decaying. Another filling I had put in just fell out. I was charged to replace the dentists mess up. None of my other fillings I had when I was young have had any trouble like this. Don't waste your money here. Go to an actual dentist.

I am sitting in the back, waiting to be see by the dentist still. My appointment was at 9:30. I showed up at 9am. It is currently 11:15am. If you have plans for the day, cancel them. Because you will be here all freaking day. Just waiting.

My fiance and I were in yesterday, he was in excruciating pain! All we wanted was a bad, painful tooth pulled and told the staff this. After waiting in pain for 3 hours and had not even set eyes on a doctor, (yes we had an appointment), they informed us they were all going to lunch! They clearly don't give a damn about their patients!!! We then called Payne and Payne Dentistry in Marianna, Fl and they took care of us and got us in and out within an hour!!

This place is a fucking scam. They refused to discuss options with me. They made out the most expensive treatment plan they could (>$6000). My insurance will cover about half. When I asked about cheaper options I was told to let them know when I'm ready to fill out paperwork for financing.
Its a rip off tryed to get me on a 800.00 dallor plan.
Fair warning Aspen dental in dothan is a f**king joke! They are just like these corporate auto shops they cram upsale after upsale down your throat! (you can almost hear their DM screaming your not selling enough-more more more! We told the person on the initial call that we both wanted our teeth cleaned. We arrived on time and had to wait for 45 mins to see the Xray tech. I was told it was because they had to check with our insurance first; my wife was told we had to wait because of an earlier difficult patient. Someone was lying.
