I was looking for a Dentist and went Aspen Dental. Called made appointment for a regular cleaning when I got there the staff was really nice. They took x-rays then took me back to the dentist chair. They preformed a test on me that in 43 years I have never had done. They told me that my old dentist (i had used for 23 years should have been doing this test)They give me information that I need a mechanical tooth brush and give me a brochure about it. The surgeon did great but the place itself will overcharge u ,I got told one price by camree n my bill was higher then that ,and then when I called to get it straight she said the manager will call me back n I never received a call back!!!!!!#not professional but the staff were sweet just got to be careful bc they try to rip you with prices!!!
I went here two weeks ago and they wanted to charge me 4.000 to fix my teeth. I left there crying because not only can't I afford that but I have two abscess but they didn't write me a prescription for antibiotics. I'm gonna look around for another dentist. That's for sure
They do not stand behind their work and will treat you like a number not a person.
Wait time is too long. As I sat in the waiting room, I listened to many complaints about the service there. I actually witnessed a couple leaving because they had waited about 30 minutes and when they inquired about when they would be called back, the receptionist told them that she didn't know that they had arrived. Wow!
Terrible scheduling. Don't make an appointment here unless your schedule is flexible enough for them to reschedule that appointment multiple times (due to the hygienist not being there, the dentist not being there, broken equipment- those are the excuses I got from them). Also if you do manage to get them to settle on a time to see you, be sure that YOU call THEM to confirm your appointment (even if the appointment is only 3 days after you scheduled it), or else they'll cancel it without telling you. Horrible.... If they mess up (like they did on my front tooth) ... There's absolutely no compassion and It's pretty much your fault , not only would I have to pay 1000.00 more to fix it but they turn from nice to very short and rude!!! I will never recommend them to anyone!!! Nor will I ever go back!!
