SUB-ZERO RATING. BIG RIP-OFF
I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone!! Very unprofessional!! I intially went on November 11, 2020 spent $2000 CASH for periodontal cleaning. I did not received my $150 toothbrush they MADE me purchase, until my following appointment, one week later!! Yet, I was told to do my most thorough brushing and use the $30 mouthwash, they again MADE me purchase, for 10days.. However, they didn't even have the toothbrush in stock and had to order it. ive had realy good results so far from the dothan office and i realy like the staff however my wife called to try and change my appt for final hard realign for today or tomorrow and my wife told me that a new girl answered the phone and she wasnt very nice ! aspen dental always told me since im a truck driver just let them know and ive already paid them over 3100.00 dollars and im not happy at all when all of a sudden they want to be rude ! ! 1 go figure
IM A CANCER PATIENT.. I TRUSTED I Went in to get my partial fixed I was told that I I had weak teeth and that my teeth needed to come out .. so trusting the doctor I agreed .. when you go to a place you have to have trust right .. so I had surgery and got them removed .. now my jaw line is busted in several places and I still have no dentures even 4 months into process.. so at 2 month in after them making 3 sets of plates that didnt fit .. I just called them to see if I could have an appointment like sometime this week, since once of my filling they did a couple months ago came out, the lady on the phone said the closest one will be May 9th, I asked if they take walk in patients? she said only new patients.
