This place sucks! Always an up charge even with full coverage, office manger never return calls and they are often close. On more than one occasion I showed up early for my appointment and they were closed.

Had a root canal done by Dr. Andrews in 2017, and now have had excruciating pain. Went in the get it checked and turns out I now have an infection from him not completely doing my root canal. Had to have a second one done. And I’m still being charged $1000 for it. Going tomorrow to ask why I’m still responsible for paying this when it was an error of the previous dentist who didn’t complete his job.. I enjoyed Dr. Ryan though! Terrible. The employees were kind and friendly but no one listenes. The Dentist doesn't listen. Ended up leaving after 2.5 hours with nothing being done to alleviate my pain.

They are too high they want you to sell a organ to get your teeth cleaned. It was my first and last time going there I would rather have my teeth fall out before I pay them almost 4 thousand dollars .

First of all the Dentist is a great doctor. I will give the Dr. 5 stars! He does root canals fast and painless. He also does Crowns fast and painless..... But the billing staff is not the greatest to deal with. They over estimate the bill over 100's of dollars of what the insurance. You pay it and it takes months to get your money back. They lost the check from the insurance co. and 2 months later found out why I haven't got my money back. I got my insurance co. to send them another check. Now I am still waiting for my $13... read more

This place is a joke. The office manager enbezzels her monthly bonuses by not intentionally returning phone calls from patients who are unhappy with their dentures!!!! Shannon is her name. I hope the corporate office reads this.

Very difficult to deal with. My 92-year old mother-in-law was billed for an expensive toothbrush that she never agreed to buy. They estimate your charges and say insurance will pay, but then they bill you. Horrible experience. Will never go back.
