So after waiting a week after my first appointment with horrible mouth pain i am able to get into the dentist and get work done and be able to have my husband to drive me . I’m super excited to go to the dentist for the first time in my life for not one but two root canals a build up and a crown! Well here is my appointment card and they can’t even get me in!!! They even showed me my chart saying sorry it’s written down that i have a appointment but they can’t even see me today at all and they supposedly have walk in service... read more

I left a review a couple of years ago that was 5 stars. I still like the doctor, but won't go back. It has taken me two years to get my bill straight. I cannot tell you how important it is not to sign that estimate of work till you read everything. When you go to the dentist there is a problem, but before they take care of the problem you have to sit there and listen to all this crap and sign before they will take care of you. The first thing I will warn you about is the $100+ electric toothbrush, that they "give" you after ... read more

Front office lady is very clueless and unorganized. Back office staff find alittle rude. Dr. Andrews seems to be okay but is a little rough when work. I'm pretty sure they are over priced and they want me to pay for my cleaning which is suppose to be covered at 100% by my insurance. I'll be finding a different dental office that is more trust worthy.

Terrible at making dentures,, went in for months trying to get them to fit in my mouth and finally the "doc" said "I don't know what to do" that was really encouraging!! I told them to give me my money back and went to Grieshober Dental and he built me a set and I didn't need any adjustments at all. The entire staff is great!!!

my girlfriend went in there couple weeks ago to get her teeth clean and this dark hair girl with glasses was rude and ruff. She made my girlfriend teeth ache and also made her gum bleed by cutting it. horrible bad experience. she was in pain for few days.

I brought my husband here. We had a terrible experience the only thing good about this place was the nurse. The dentist had his mind made up right away that he didn’t want to mess with my husband. The dentist said “we can’t do that(pull a tooth) you will have to go to an oral surgeon”. So we left without an antibiotic or anything just a referral to a surgeon. Today he finally got into a local dentist he pulled the tooth and on his way he went. What a waste of time and money!

I had my upper teeth pulled on Thursday afternoon, the temporary dentures they put in did not fit so they put some powder on them and since I had an appointment for Friday morning I let it go and figured we could address that problem at that time. Then after a couple of hours, I am home, they called and said they were cancelling the appt. for Friday and rescheduling for Monday. The new temporary upper dentures don't fit, they say to leave them in for 24 hrs. and not to use any tooth glue so I am trying to sleep and the den... read more

I have been going to Aspen for two years. Dr. Andrews has done a lot of work on my teeth. I am terrified of dental work, but the staff and Dr . Andrews are amazing at helping with the anxiety and his work is just as good. Thank you Aspen Dental.
