My dental assistant was nice and understanding, I felt we had good rapport. Because of the loose tooth and me shaking she was having trouble getting the individual ex-rays. She decided to check with the dentist to see if he could use the scanned pictures instead. Another lady comes in, doesn't introduce herself and tells me that they can't help me without the ex-rays. I brought my wife yesterday and after Xray treatment The doctor didn't give good explaination, he just said : I don't know, and they only focus on how much money that I must pay. My appoinment is on 12.30 but I must wait one hour. And the price made me shock because they didn't give me what exactly the problem or option. I am not suggested dor you coming to the place
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Yes, the staff, except for one, were friendly. My first concern was the fact that the chair they have you set in for x-rays will suddenly fall backwards nearly allowing your head to hit the wall. Instead of making excuses and apologies, why not replace the chair instead of risking injury? I can't believe this place. I took my down syndrome sister there and though they treated her good and the girl who cleaned her teeth did a good job I was appalled that they had my other sister who took her sign some contractual agreement to pay $300 and some for her next appointment which is basically just a cleaning. What the what ? whoever heard of signing a contract to pay for a cleaning 6 months in advance and her cleaning should only be $80 or so. AVOID going here! It's a scheme to charge you for more than you need!!!! Scheduled a cleaning, but they had other plans. Tried to tell me that they can't do a cleaning without first screening and then trying to force me to sign a payment contract for additional services to be performed at a later date. My son had 5 teeth pulled. I use to love this place it has done down hill and the lady that works with the billing is rude and hateful looks down on you for not being rich. My insurance tells me one thing and she wouldn't listen and tells me I was wrong. When I called them to verify that I was right and she was wrong she wouldn't even talk to them. The office personnel were professional and polite. However, the dentures have been a disappointment. I have been required to go back for adjustments 6 times and still need another one. This requires that I drive 200 miles each trip. The trip takes 4 hours to complete. So far the total is 1200 miles and 24 hours of driving time. The office in Enid OK has no dental tech so I have to wait to get the final adjustments.
Worst dental place in town. They'll lie to you and tell you your only option is the most expensive treatment. Went somewhere else was taken care of same day and a fraction of the cost. Can't vouch for other aspen dentals but this one is garbage
The worse dental place in Enid. When they want you to get the work done they tell you how great there prices are and then after the service the prices increase and you bill/invoice is 3 times the amount it should be. Would not recommend this place to anyone
