The staff are friendly enough. I had to have a root canal done. The first crown that came in the owner did not like they way it was going to fit so he sent out for another one. The crown came in and it was glued in place, I called back a few days later and said the crown felt loose. The other dentist adjusted it and sent me on my way. A month later I am taking a drink and I swallow my crown. Here it is a Friday night and I have no crown, just a huge hole where a tooth once was. Lower the price of cash paying patients. Was gonna be $280 but they gave me a "discount" so it was $250 for one tooth extraction. Was going to be $570 something for 2. There was at least 7 people in the office and they was on their phones the entire time, but they was friendly so that's all that matters right?

Had my first visit there today and they are awesome! Great customer service and patient care all around. Dr. Alex was a blast and made losing a tooth a little more bearable.

Me and my sister live about 2 hours away our appointments were at 9:30 and 10:30am. At about 8:45am after we had already driven to Enid the office calls and says they won’t be able to see us today because they are behind schedule. I have had this scheduled for a month and had to take off work to drive here. Very unprofessional not letting us know until 45 minutes before the appointment. Will not be back.

The dental hygentist cares more about pushing products than she does about thoroughly cleaning teeth. The dentist didn't care to finish his job either. Asking me if we were done with work when cavities were very obviously still in my mouth. It could still be seen with the naked eye. I didn't even need an X Ray to see that! He said I was done with work... I just got the news I need a root canal from another dentist! This place is a rib off. 😓 I'm upset I've spent hundreds and hundreds here if not thousands. 💔
