Worst experience ever. The Dr. supposedly covered up my tooth with corona. It hurt for about 2 weeks. Went back and they said they needed to pull a root canal. I went for a second opinion and Dr said the corona was not covered up completely. Went back to aspen to let them know that they need to fix the corona and he wouldn't fix it, because he said it was the a root canal. Dental assistant & dentist were good, but the "lady" that had to discuss treatment and finances, needs to be replaced. Rude, not knowledgeable about the form I "must " sign. Until she is replaced, and I had planned on getting dentures there, I will not return to Aspen Dental in Enid, Oklahoma

This is how my experience went. Called the office to make an appointment at 830 am, got me in THAT DAY at 1130 am! Not only that, I don't have insurance so cash is my only option, scared that I'd have to pay for x-rays, initial visit, exam ect. Ect. But no! The woman said pay nothing we will cover it and we will see you at 1130!!(: Me ecstatic said alrighty see you then! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was called to come in immediately 2 hours before my appointment because they had some cancelations. When I got there I still waited over an hour to get in! The staff also lacks customer service skills.

absolute waste of time and money. They were 1 hr late to my appointment, and told me after they took x rays that even though my tooth hurt there was nothing wrong and that I'd have to come back another day. When asking the receptionist why they were running an hour late, she replied the call center added more people (the manager of course denied that and said her employees don't know anything, it's because the dr was in a "surgery") I came in with a hurt tooth, they wasted not only two hours that I was there but the whole da... read more

Love the people there and the dentist was excellent . And the cost is so much better than where I was going. I always tell people to go to Aspen Dental.
