I like the Gtown office. I came in for an extraction on December 2nd 2019 and had no problems. I came back just recently on July 14th 2020 to have another extraction, and my appointment was set for 7:30AM. I got called back at 8, sat there in the dental chair for one hour then was told by a nurse and front desk woman to come back at 11AM. So I came back at 11 and this time didn't get called back until around 12:30 - 1:00, because the woman sceduling apparently booked at least 10 other people for the 11AM spot... I felt I was treated well as I expected to be. They staff at the Waukesha office was very good to me.

Let the doctor access work behind the dental assistants and any other personnel under them. People are paying for good service not issues.

Went in for my first consultation and my appointment was running about 20 minutes behind. Had to ask at the front desk what was going on. After that I scheduled a cleaning and an in-office whitening treatment. For whitening, you also have to get molds made. Fine. When I went in for that appointment two weeks later, they cleaned my teeth and made the molds and then informed me that they have no one there trained to use the whitening machine. I can't find anywhere else to put this so I'm putting it here which is the closest one to me. This is a general comment/suggestion to Aspen Dental regarding their website info in partial dentures: I was researching your information about partial dentures and did not see anything about adding additional teeth to the partial as they are pulled. If there were a 0 star option that’s what l would have chose. They tell you everything will be free for a new patient then you get a bill in the mail and employees telling you different things and blaming your insurance SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! One employee says they forgot to put on a coupon and there will be a 0 balance while the other says insurance didn’t cover and there is no way they can put on coupon. So now a week later you can’t put on a coupon that an employee already told me you could. LIARS!!!
