CW Edmondson DDS. works there and he is a HORRIBLE dentist. That is why he didn't last in Cumberland MD 5 years and he lasted less than a year in Grantsville MD. This was after sinking a fortune into a building that he bought and renovated. He also has a terrible attitude that becomes apparent when ever agitated. He is also a filthy person. His office in Cumberland proved that. He started in the Aspen Dental in Lavale MD. He is now Hagerstown's nightmare!!!
Waste of time, quoted one price on the phone but than doubled it when came in for exam. Made patient sit through surveys and rate toothbrushes which they then tried to sell. Took an hour, cleaned own teeth and no dental work performed. The free exam is a scam to get you in the door. Don't expect results.
The staff are okay. Just wished they would've made a follow up phone call, like they said. It's been about a month since my appointment, and I was told they'd contact me in 10 days after that.
