Special shout out to Shannon , she made feel very comfortable and welcome at Aspen Dental in Hamilton. I had so many bad experiences with dentists in the past. I have to say the dentists and staff are Great! I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone, anytime!!! Thank You All smile emoticon
I hate dentists due to having a bad experience in the past. Dr. Guru and Dr. Martin took really good care of me. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dental Assistants Emile and Desiree really made me feel at ease during all of the work I had to have done. Thanks to AJ for working out the financing details. Now back on track with a healthy smile and mouth again. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
I was just a extern there, I got to know the people that worked there they were amazing! Very nice staff. The dentists dr. Guru & Martin really know what they are doing! They are strict on their staff to make sure everything is done properly. But never mean! I would recommend them to anybody. : )

Dr. Guru is very personable. I don't feel like just another patient he remembers your previous conversations and details. I am normally cry sketchy about dentists but not this one.
Dr Martin was very nice and staff was very friendly. My extractions went well.
They tried to reschedule me once, and got in same day same time. Then they did reschedule me a 2nd time and while there I made a appointment for today at 8 am. that 2nd reschedule was because they needed another doctor there and I never even saw them when I had my appointment, so I got rescheduled for nothing I feel like. I got there today at 745 and the place was empty. Someone finally came at 845 and I was told that they couldn't promise that I would be seen. I would never go to Aspen Dental again.
