Great people there. Disappointed because I was told one price and charged like 3 times the amount for extractions. I highly doubt I'll be back just for the deception.
My initial visits were good, the hygienist was thorough and informative. This time not so good. A different hygienist, she left me sitting for 10 minutes mid exam. Then during cleaning she was looking at the TVs they have on front of the patient. The cleaning was nothing like the 1st one. The dentist was in with me for less than one minute to evaluate a tooth needing pulled and a bridge. Doesn't make me feel confident. I may need to move on. The first dds is kind and puts you at ease so you get the feeling that you are in good hands and can trust them.. They broke my lower jaw in two places which has taken over a year to quit hurting.. The second guy you get stuck with is who shoves you out the door... They guarantee teeth you will be happy with. Not true.. I am on disability and am now stuck with that bill and teeth that obviously belong to someone else.. I regret this more than anything I have ever done. I had an evening appointment on the 6th of October. When I arrived, I learned there was no hygienist and that a message had been left. No messages were on my phone, nor on my e-mail. Another appointment was made and on the day before, I received a call that no hygienist was available. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and actually arranged for a dentist to perform the task. Not very happy with any experience with this place. Fillings were done poorly to start with. A couple have come out. They are always in a huge rush to do anything. MOST but NOT all of the staff are rude. Once, I had a scheduled appointment and waited over 20 minutes in the lobby after I signed in. Office staff was nice, the dental assist was real good the dentist needs to go back to school on how to be more painless with the needle. Three jabs each one worst then the one before. Pulled loose tooth with easy. overall not bad but could be better and not so much of a strain on the wallet even with insurance.
They pulled one of my teeth that was abscessed. Later that day, severe pain set in so I called their emergency number. I never got a call from the dentist and it took two days to get any antibiotics. The receptionist was very rude and to top it off when I finally got to talk to the dentist he told me I needed to come in to have it pulled. I had to tell the dentist he already pulled my tooth.
Booked our 1st appointment here for my two girls. The hygienist called me the next day to see if we can move my daughter's appointment up to 9AM. I said yes. I had a text message sent to me to confirm it. I received a phone call during the day to confirm it and to validate my insurance.... I think the dentist themselves are great and an awesome experience but the office staff needs to be retrained with customer service and trying to get back into the dentists takes months ... Evening and morning appts are even months out ... I had an emergency at one point because I had a broken tooth down to the nerve and had to wait 2 weeks to be seen ...
