Aspen wants my opinion. My first impression of the place was terrible. The bathroom smelled to high heaven. The dentist was checking my teeth and telling me what I needed. He never even used a mask! I would never go back!
I had a serious infection caused by a loose crown, it was necessary to extract the tooth. I wasn’t fully numb when the Dentist began the procedure, he stopped twice to continually numb the area. At the moment the tooth was pulled, I said a curse word without realizing it; it was an intense and vulnerable moment. The Dentist stopped the procedure to chastise me like a child, “You may yell, you may whimper, but I forbid you to curse.” Another red flag was they took payment upfront for the follow-up appointments through the upc... read more

They couldn’t find my insurance so I had to pay out-of-pocket. If you need a root canal, they will write you a “referral“ to go someplace else. Which is not a referral to get the work done it’s just a referral to get you in the door so they can look at you and decide if that’s what you really need done. So here I am, still in the same pain I’ve been in trying to find a dentist who will help me out not send me elsewhere for a procedure just come back to have them finish everything up

Beware this is not a typical dentist. They do not clean your teeth on the 1st visit. They make their money from providing services that are not necessary and expensive. Total ripoff. Went for a routine check up and cleaning. I was told I needed special cleaning by the hygienist, but the dentist said my teeth were in great shape. They refused to give me the routine cleaning and said they could only do a treatment that would be about$300 and not covered by my insurance. The place is not very clean and smells bad also. The dentist told me I had a sinus infection and sent me to a specialist. This was a second opinion so I went back to Immediadent, got my tooth pulled in an hour. I wasted time and endured needless pain to have a second opinion at Aspen and no one gave me the cost of getting my tooth pulled. Very dissatisfied and will not recommend the dentist at Bridgewater to anyone
My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and I was called back around that time, probably a few minutes after. The lady who called me back and took my x-rays was very friendly, informative and helpful. My few minutes with her were actually pleasant, and no-one likes to get dental x-rays. She escorted me to the dental chair, put the cloth (bib) around my neck and told me the hygienist would be with me shortly. Today I had an appointment and to say I was not well pleased is an understatement. I waited 20 minutes to go back for my appointment after arriving on time. The x-ray tech didn’t introduce herself. I was taken to an exam room, which is only separated by cabinets that are 6-7 feet high, so I could hear them discussing treatment with other patients, which violates HIPAA. Appointment was scheduled for 9:00, Arrived 20 min early. Was not seen until 9:30 for initial appointment. After all the x rays and gum eval, I waited another 20 min for the dentist, who expressed his disappointment that I had had most of my dental work done prior to coming to Aspen.
