They take your money on contracts but never deliver the final product. I contracted for a full set of eating denture in July 2021. All my teeth were extracted but i have never received my dentures they were PAID IN FULL by third party so now they just blow me off no dentures none in the foreseeable future. Am contacting an attorney and filing suit, also possible criminal fraud charges.

Aspen Dental. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I paid for my services in full the day I had them done. Then I received a bill for the SAME services, I called & they assured me it was fixed. Today I got a letter in the mail saying it’s past due & they’ll send me to collections if I don’t pay! They aren’t answering the office at all (not even the call center) & I HAVE HAD IT! Thinking of getting my lawyer involved.
Waited almost an hour before seeing anyone and when I asked why the dental tech said “that’s a good question” and walked out.

My dentist could not get me in for tooth pain but Aspen did. I was given a quote for a partial. It was lower than my dentist so I was very excited. Long story made short, it was less because it was only for a temporary partial and the permanent one was going to be another $1200..00. I expressed my concerns and Dr Martin said he would discount my permanent partial. Today I called to see how much it would be with the discount. It was now $2000.00 for one tooth!

RecommendedThey have a Very Friendly Staff. Their Prices are lower than other dental places. It doesn’t take long to get dentures made there, because they make them there at the Facility! I Truly Recommend Aspen Dental!

My first appointment I had to wait an hour to see anyone. Had an appointment yesterday waited two hours . Paid top dollar to wait and wait and wait and wait . You should get a discount if you have to wait two hours on an appointment. Aspen dental does not care they don’t care at all!

So very angry with this office today. I made an appointment online for 215. I called first thing in the AM to see if they could get me in sooner for my toothache. I was told by the young lady that they had a cancellation and come now. I told her I lived closed would get dressed and be right there. I arrived everyone was nice. I patiently waited for 2 hours and finally asked how much longer it would be. I was told by the young man at the front desk that everyone showed up. Avoid this place. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Quality is terrible and I have pictorial proof. There so called repair of a denture, looked like super glue. Broke in less than 12 hours. Took to affordable dentures and fixed in 1 day, (not super glue 2 day scam) with no seam, still very good a year later. Additionally they did it at insurance cost. Not insurance + Aspen tried.
