My trip to aspen dental was not good. When I went in the dentist with my dentures plate that the tooth had fallen out of he told me he could not guarantee that it would stay. I was OK with that due to illness in the family at this time I thought it would hold for a while and I would get dentures at a later date. Little did I think that they would only last for 3 hours .The tooth fell out that night. I went there because it was close to my house. The receptionist billed the wrong insurance company and attempted to blame me for their screw up. If there is ever a discrepancy with you billing and insurance.... the best solution is to start a three way call to get your insurance company on the phone with Aspen Dental corporate...let them go back and forth.... 75% of the time you will find that Aspen Dental screwed up somewhere.
The people were very friendly but as I was getting my x rays I was told I would likely have to come back to get my cleaning. X-ray technician asked if I had been told the process. Sure would have been nice to know that up front so I did not waste a vacation day I then waited a fairly long time for dentist to do a 5 minute review before sending me on my way so I could schedule cleaning the following week.
So my son had a tooth filled two weeks ago. Turns out he needed a root canal. Said his dentist is out of town NOTHING they can do for weeks!! So $1000 at urgent dental. Needless to say this is horrible!! He is a kid!!!

The girl who did my x-rays was so nice and caring. From there it went down hill quickly from the hygienist to the dentist rude, rude did I say really rude, You want to charge $6200 but you can't answer my simple questions about all the work you want to do.

I'm only giving one star because there wasn't an option for zero stars. My experience with Aspen Dental was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any medical practice of any kind. When I arrived, I had my x-rays by Robin, who was great. She was very sweet. After that, my experience went downhill quickly. The first thing that put me off was Dr. Guru. I'm not one to complain on social media, but Dr. Guru is an absolute JOKE. I paid in full for a root canal ($2,500) last Thursday. I was in the worst pain over the weekend. I called the emergency line at 1AM because the pain was intolerable - Dr Guru called me back (2 hours later) only to tell me that because it was a holiday weekend that he couldn't do anything for me.
