Went for my first appointment in April 2015. Was told it would cost me $500 over what my insurance would cover. No problem. Didn't go through with the appointment. Personal issues. Went back to them in February, for the exact procedure I had already been quoted. They tell me it will cost $2000 more than my insurance will cover. Mind you, my insurance and the work to be done were the exact same. Not to mention, they double charged me, there were charges on the quote with no procedure next to them. I am new to the area and used aspen dental in Knoxville Tn (LOVED them) I had my records transferred here and updated my new insurance policy with the lady over the phone. She told me she would call me back and give me my new price with my new (better) insurance policy. She never called me back I had to call her. The price she quoted me was more than the price I was quoted before moving from the Knoxville location. I was confused because my policy was suppose to be better so ... Would never recommend them. First apt. I Waited over a hour past my appointment time before I was called back. One sales pitch after another. Didn't seem concerned with my tooth ache but rather what they could sell me. They wanted payment of over 3k before any work had been performed. (I only went for a tooth extraction.) I never went back.
