The worst clinic the worst costumer service DONT GO , plus the most important part EXPENSIVE, and if you requested for your X-ray that’s is already pay off it’s just a nightmare and never released. STAY AWAY OF THIS CLINIC ITS JUST A CRAZY EXPENSIVE AND REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

I have been having the worst experience ever at Aspen Dental in Hermitage, TN. In December 2020 I had a root canal on 2 of my right teeth. Ever since then i have had nothing but problems. It has been almost 5 months and i still haven't had my permanent crown. Ive been there 5 times since and either theyve lost the mold and scans and had to redo it or its that the molder didn't create my mold correctly. ever time its been something. A complete waste of time— basically, a “sales” strategy to get individuals on their bs financing plan to pay for unneeded dental procedures! Dishonest, not forthcoming about costs! Trying to see customers on a 600 dollar cleaning service... terrible people!
I scheduled my appointment for 12:30, showed up early enough to fill out my new patient papers and still didn’t get to actually see anyone until about 1:40 or so. The service was slow and slightly unprofessional, with numerous people entering and exiting the rooms during my consultation, sometimes even bumping into the equipment to maneuver around the small room already occupied by myself and the dentist. I need a root canal and these predators attempted to fast talk me into a $5000 loan while falsely assuming that my insurance would only cover $668 worth or $5600 worth of work. My insurance would cover half of the procedure, and they were attempting to get me to take out more than I would’ve needed. When I confronted them about it, they denied it, but beware. I visited Aspen Dental's Hermitage TN location for a routine semi-annual check-up and cleaning, and was shown a bill for over $3000 of completely unnecessary work they recommended (including a few hundred bucks for an electric toothbrush I didn't ask for). I shared this with my prior dentist in another city to get a second opinion, and he informed me of Aspen's reputation for exactly this type of thing. I went in with tooth pain on 11-6-18. After x-rays I was told I needed some sort of work on everyone of my teeth. I have the detailed sheet equaling $6000. My husband and I decided to just extract the one tooth that was bothering me. When the dentist extracted the tooth with only local antiseptic I felt everything. I've kept my mouth shut (no pun intended) for five years but I've reached my breaking point. This is by FAR the worst dental office I've ever come across. The number one most frustrating thing has been that they are NEVER ON TIME. Not only do they make you wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes before your appointment, but they don't even have the DECENCY to CALL YOU, and let you know they're running behind.
