Staff was very professional but I won't be back. I was told I had gingivitis & 3 cavities. I had to ask him to show me where they were. I didn't see the dark areas that he was indicating were cavities only slightly on one tooth. Didn't like the fact they tried to get me to come twice before even getting a cleaning & then every 3 months after. This place is just here to make money!
THIS PLACE IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. No, you don’t need the “deep cleaning” they’re peddling. I’ve posted pictures of two other reviews on this Aspen Dental page alone that we’re given the same line. Go to a reputable dentist, do NOT spend your money here without getting a second opinion.
Called and asked would they pull a tooth as I take Plavix. Lady said yes, and set up a appointment. Pay my $19.00 and filled out the paper work. X rays then dr. came in as I was in the chair. After looking, he said he could not pull the tooth. Then came the sales pitch. I asked the lady why put me thru this if not going to pull the tooth. She said the lady that answer the ph. knew nothing. Why fll all the paper work if they are not going to look at it. They new up front I used Plavix. Still have the tooth. In all my years of going to the dentist, I have never been told that I need some sort of "treatment" and "gum irrigation" to get my teeth to be healthy. I requested to not do the two step treatment, and just schedule for a routine teeth cleaning but wasn't allowed to do so. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame because Doctor Spencer is very nice. She just ended up at the wrong place.

Aspen was set up as an in network dentist for a bunch of insurance companies just to only do work that isn't covered. This place is an absolute scam!!!!!

I was a little apprehensive at first because ... New dentist for me after being with the same dentist for a long time. The staff at Aspen were very pleasant& professional...I already knew I had some major issues & they confirmed what i already knew .... The dentist was awesome & explained everything. I will be back !
Take my word and rest of americas word. Aspen dental is the WORST place for dental work. They have no specialists on site. They only come once a month . They are way overpriced . I had such a bad time with this place I'm leaving reviews everywhere I can to save people. I went to the smyrna and Murfreesboro office. Had a root canal done which got really infected right after. I had to go to mount Juliet to fix the problem that they caused. I ALSO HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. The oral surgeon had made a comment " be a man" during ... read more

I went to Aspen to have a Crown replaced. I thought they would give me a temporary crown while the permanent crown was made. After 2 hours, I still had no crown. I did receive a gazillion x-rays, an examination of my gums for an hour, and 5 minutes with a dentist who just put his fingers in my mouth and said "okay".
