I recently had my first appointment at Aspen.. It was a great experience. My appointment started right on time which is rare at any sort of dentist, doctor eye..etc appointment Dr. Kaelin was very personable and put me at ease while I was in her chair. She is a fantastic dentist and made sure that I understood everything that she was doing and why. Ms. Penny cleaned my teeth and did an extraordinary job! Highly recommend Aspen Dental in Hermitage, TN. The staff is very professional, friendly, and efficient. Did I mention the staff is also compassionate? They alleviated my nervousness right away. Check them out I think you will like them also.

I've had a lot of dental work over the years, but Aspen Dental was absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had. Total incompetence. I will say that Dr. Williams was very personable and well mannered but after several disappointing appointments, my confidence in the procedure was zero. Thankfully, I did receive a partial refund of the payment I had made up front, and am now in the process of starting over with a new dentist.

Dirty office . Lack of properly explaining what was going on telling me I needed antibiotics and then not calling them in for 18 hours the only person at the hermitage office that was any good at their job was the actual dentist. She was great. Everybody else was cold, whispering, and the place was dirty. I would send nobody to Aspen dental ever.
