I have always hated the dentist. Aspen dental has taken my concerns seriously and make every effort to accommodate them. I am confident in every treatment plan they come up with and take their professional opinion seriously. The "deep cleaning" that everyone is complaining about actually helped me tremendously. My first and initial visit was nice. Everyone in the office was attentive and professional. I look forward to my next visit with this office.
Went to Aspen initially, due to the convenience of their hours. I was able to schedule my exam after work. They spent a huge amount of time looking at my teeth and explaining procedures. I also explained to them how I wanted any procedures handled as far as anesthetic. I wanted shots and lots of them. They gave me an itemized estimate, tooth by tooth. I've been to the Aspen Dental Hermitage location three times now. Each visit has been a great experience! The staff was friendly, compassionate and very professional. Dr. Engle has always done a GREAT job explaining each procedure, as well as ensuring that I was COMFORTABLE during the procedure. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Best dental experience I've had I'm many years! I'm a total dental phobe and they were excellent with me . Great personalities in customer service one of a kind experience!
After stupidly trying to take the cap off of a soft drink with my teeth and breaking my bridge, I had my first appointment at Aspen. I was impressed with their up-to-date equipment and their professionalism and friendliness. I go back in three days to have some extractions and to get my temporary partial. Extractions are not something I look forward to, but I'm really not dreading it. That's how confident I feel about Aspen's service.
