So today was my first visit to this fine establishment. From the time I walked through the door it was a positive experience. They did a proper inspection on my teeth and laid out a few options to consider so I could decide what I felt would work best for my personal needs. They where able to fix the problem that needed urgent attention and the pricing I found to be on par with most other dental offices. My son had a bad toothache so I called Aspen Dental. I got a person on my first call first thing 8 am. We were in the office by 9 am. They took care of his tooth. Helped him find out who his insurance was with and everything went great.
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I have a big fear of dentists but I was comfortable right from the start.
Good and Friendly Staff, Dr Chandi was pretty awesome, she took really good care of me as i came in a lot of pain. The entire process was really smooth and i highly recommend this dentist.
Horrible place you make an appointment they call you to confirm. then you get there and they can't find your appointment

They overcharge like crazy. send you bill after bill for things you didnt agree too. they coerce you into signing a loan through their service for things in advance. like i have a cleaning and they wanted to charge me for future visits in advance . and even after you pay the loan they still have the nerve to bill you for other things they never told you about.Pretty much feel scammed.

horrible scam! payed for motto aligners for a 22 week program. teeth still look the same. save your money dont waste your time aspen dental is scamming people everyday. Stay away

I had gone to Aspen years ago because of one of their dental sales. I did not have insurance. I could not afford their services even with their deal so had to decline their services. Now I have a very bad toothache. Now I have insurance. Went to them at 8:00 in the morning. Told them they should still have my exrays, however, they have to do them again. To make things short I was told that my tooth needed to be pulled. They would not pull my tooth unless I paid them an added $900 for a deep cleaning alone. I walked ... read more
