had tooth ache came in to get a tooth extracted they said come in then after a 2 hour wait tried to get me to sign a $10000.00 again $10000 agreement when i said all i wanted is my tooth extracted and i will follow up to get it fixed they said no sorry dont got time for that what a joke this place is a scam! Definitely nice, I was asked to come in early LEFT WORK, only to get told they can’t just work on my problem area that they had to do all the problem areas. Went explaining I was in a lot of pain was not able to eat and couldn’t sleep. My filling fell out , and they still couldn’t help me. LEFT with nothing done. Waste of my time WOULD never come here again.

When my husband went there to have a broken tooth looked at, he told the girl in front he only had dental insurance for cleanings. The dentist saw him for about 2 minutes and didn't do anything. He told my husband not to worry about it and no charge. Aspen actually had the nerve to submit a claim to our insurance carrier and then sent us a bill for $90. try doing what a patients ins will pay for medicare advantage will pay for 2 cleanings a year not deep cleaning It would be nice if you would clean the teeth any way.. I was not impressed with your office staff manager complaining about over booking to me and then telling me it was your way or not all

4 appointment still no partial But they sure got there money up front.mistake after mistake on their part.
Great staff and dentist very knowledge about my procedures although upper management is a joke they still have never contacted me even after several attempts to get a call🤔My original office in Orland was the worst Joliet is fixing the mess from them🤔although I’m happy with Joliet my experience with upper management is the worst I’ve ever had👎
I walked in with insurance for a clean up and did not get one done they gave me a run around but wanted me to pay 1500 out of pocket

First quoted way above what i was covered for. Quick to make appointments and charge to credit provider. I told both Kendra and Dr. Will i was having discomfort and both ignored like it was nothing. I did not have pain before they worked on me or after my 4 hour appointment where i had a deep cleaning (scaling). But they both said plaque. If the scaling was done properly shouldn't have plaque. Will be seeing new dentist. Very nice in beginning until work done and paid. Cant even eat now ��
My first time as a new patient at aspen dental was fantastic experience for me!!! From the moment I walked in to there office they made all my nerves go away..THE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING AND WOULD recommend anyone to come and see for yourself...5 stars rating
