This place is nice on the outside and looks clean on the inside the staff is friendly and does their job to the best of their ability but the time management just god awful my appointment was at 5:30pm and as I sit here still waiting because it's only been almost 2 hours why not right I've only been working all day and don't have a family to get home to anyway but nevertheless I got absolutely nothing done but X-rays no cleaning no fillings just and it's 7:30pm as I'm typing this review I definitely don't recommend them take... read more

DONT GO Save you're self a experience that will be filled with lies,letdowns.lots of lost time No one leaves with dentures or bridges right the first time or the 2nd time.I have spoken to people in the waiting room that have had to come back 8 times for adjustments and rework.Try to get a refund good luck you have a better chance of winning the lottery

I called and asked if I might be able to get an emergency extraction. I was told that they had a couple of same day appointments. I hurried to the office, writhing in pain, anxious to get some help. I felt like I was in a car dealership. I was given a sales pitch delivered by three different professionals, that lasted 3 hours (while still in horrific pain). I was offered a $6000 plus treatment plan, NO extraction, NO antibiotics, NO care. Like my husband said, they have to pay for their million dollar houses. Not with my mon... read more

Please note: this review is about Aspen Dental as a company. Dr Raino is a great dentist and he tries very hard. He is overbooked and overwhelmed and I actually feel bad for him . Very nice staff but This place is ridiculous. Plan on spending your whole day here even if you have an appointment. They over book and make patients wait a long time. I had to reschedule the same appt twice because of the over an hour delay and one time I had been sitting in the chair numb for over an hour before they ever came to see me. I am lite... read more

If it was possible to give negative 1 star I would. Do yourselves a favor, don't bother with this place. It's been nothing but grief. The first time we show up it takes an hour so they can make a plan that is supposed to be the cost only to find after that we still owe money afterwords. Then try getting your bill fixed, nobody in the office can do anything. They need to speak with someone in corporate to get anything worked out. this is the worst place for dental care. i went there to have my dentures relined and they said they would not work on someone else's work. they talked me into getting a new set made. told me it would take 3 visits. i have been there 7 times and they still cant get it right. they made a wax impression of my mouth and the second time they made another impression of my current dentures. i am elderly and cant walk very well, am on oxygen and don't drive. the last set of teeth they had me try on were on an angle. they sa... read more

Had both of my children's cleaning done in January and July of this year, 2018. Both times, the hygienist made my youngest feel horrible about herself and her teeth. The July cleaning my daughter ended up crying and this is the last straw. Will be looking for a new dentist. I could over look the up selling of their products but the staff there needs to learn how to speak and act with patients.

Needed to find a dentist that was going to be able to see my daughter fairly quickly for a school physical. Now... I understand, she's not had a deep cleaning in a long time. So... X-Rays done... the hygenist's first words were "You have gum disease". To an ELEVEN YEAR OLD. She wouldn't even see her beyond stating this... going to her next patient, and the "office manager" had to come to talk to me about the price???? WITH INSURANCE???? SCAM! Run the other way, to a reputable dental office. Our daughter went in for a cleaning only as she goes to the dentist regularly and needed a cleaning for a special event. She came away with over a $400 bill!!! They knew she sees a dentist, just in Dec. 2017. They said it was their office policy. Aspen should have told her it would cost over FOUR TIMES AS MUCH from what we normally pay. They should have allowed her to leave and not "perform" their office practice before charging over $400 for a cleaning.
