Corporate run around overpriced dental run clinic. Do not waste your time or your money. Go to Dr. Mark Streitz on Black Road. Efficient staff and empathetic to your needs, especially if you are afraid to go to the dentist

Do not go here! KK is a joke. They constantly give you the run around on services you have already paid for One star because they wont except it w ZERO stars

I wish I could put negative stars. Do yourself a favor DO NOT go here. They are horrible! They can't keep staff, They have no concern for you. They don't Stand behind their work. The office manager quit and told me to go over my Ledger Because they have to Double charge. They quoted me $1700 Dollars and opened a care credit card. As of now it's over $2400. They now put a charge of $1100 on my card refunded it and two days later it's back on there. Oh and I have Dental Insurance which has paid. When I inquired about th... read more

This place is the absolute worst. They lie to their customers about everything you can't talk to a DR. For any reason they have had my tray for my Invisalign for 3 weeks and nobody called me to inform me they were there after I have called 10 times and just get a run around. I wish there was a Zero Star option for this awful company

I should have read the reviews before making the first appointment. This place will lie to you about cost of treatment, and try to set you up for other unnecessary procedures. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Anyone not looking to be ripped off should get their dental work somewhere else.

Stopped in the office in Joliet on a whim because the website stated most insurance accepted.I am insured by one of the largest companies in the business. I waited for 15 minutes while the office manager verified my coverage and I then made an appt.for the next day.I received a text to verify the appt.I arrived at the appointed time and was told I was not covered but for 19 dollars I could be examined! After reading the negative reviews, i'm GLAD my insurance was declined!

Stay away!!!! Stay Away.. This place has taken (3) sets of impressions, (3) fitting appointments to try and make a Partial for my back teeth. With all that time and energy, I have not had a partial in my mouth for more then 7 days. When they requested to take another impression ( these make me sick) I questioned them why, Why do we need to keep doing impressions? They said I could pay $1000 more and get a scan for a permeant one ( I thought the one they are trying to do was a permeant one) BUT they would not guarantee it be... read more

Wish I read these reviews before going to Aspen, I haven't seen a dentist in 2 years, and that was my mistake telling them that. They said I had gum disease and said I needed Arestin treatment, me being gullible I said ok. I gave them my insurance info... did the treatment and I got a bill for close to 3000, I asked Aspen i thought that my insurance covered this. Do not recommend! Receptionist are HORRIBLE . I called to schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction. ( dentist said I had to get 1 wisdom tooth extracted )The lady confirmed my appointment. I went in about 2-3 weeks later and was told I could not get a tooth extraction because they needed an oral surgeon& he wasn't there that day . I asked them why they would confirm the appoint then ?! And the lady said sorry it must have been a trainee and she didn't know that the surgeon is only here once a month . ARE YOU F**KING KI... read more
