Kind and friendly! they were very clear about what needed to be done and gave me lots of options to work out a plan to get everything done that didn't break the bank! I felt very happy when I left and will definitely be back.

RUN!! What a joke! Just make me wait over an hour and a half and still never had a dentist see me. Don’t send me a bill!

Do not recommend. In severe pain looking to have treatment done to that tooth only. Aspen dental refuses to treat the tooth in trouble unless I have a deep cleaning done. They want to charge 2k for a deep cleaning.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Their system was down and so they would be willing to do my dental work if I paid full price since they can’t determine what my insurance would pay. They have lost not only their computer system but their common sense as well. I called this morning to confirm my appointment today was still valid. They should have let me know then I would be paying as if I had no insurance. I went in for information about having some dental work done. Met with the doctor and the billing staff. Made another appointment to start my dental work. The day of my appointment, they called and canceled. Their system was down and I was out of luck. I took the day off for this appointment. They finally made another appointment for me to come in. I didn’t go to the Joliet office, I went to the new one in Morris Illinois. I had a deep cleaning that was great and four cavities filled, which ended up needing to be shaved down because the filling was too high. Today I had an 8am appointment and I was seated at 8am. At 8:12 am the dentist walked in to the office for the day (not my room) on her phone. The assistant came in at 8:25 and asked if I was doing ok and I said no, that my appointment was at 8 and why was I still waiting. She said the dentist was with another pati... read more

you get charged 19 dollars to walk in their. door. we have no insurance. then they cleaned teeth (only have lowers) and charged 522dollars without discussing price beforehand. then they setup a follow up which I found out about next far which I cancelled. they are crooks prying on seniors on social security. I'm trying to see what the say is free on their commercial

I needed to have an emergency tooth extraction done they were fine with doing that but only if I were to sign up for their $2,000. Cleaning first which is a bait-and-switch outrage I ended up going ahoyt dental tgey did an emergency extraction and prescription for antibiotics
