SCAM! Run the other way, to a reputable dental office. Our daughter went in for a cleaning only as she goes to the dentist regularly and needed a cleaning for a special event. She came away with over a $400 bill!!! They knew she sees a dentist, just in Dec. 2017. They said it was their office policy. Aspen should have told her it would cost over FOUR TIMES AS MUCH from what we normally pay. They should have allowed her to leave and not "perform" their office practice before charging over $400 for a cleaning.
Very disappointed. After misquoting payments I still proceeded to go. I have told both the hygienist(( and the dentist that I was in pain and they both pretty much said 'plaque'. Not to mention I had a deep cleaning, scaling and sat in chair for over two hours. Totally wrote off pain I am having. Will be going somewhere else. Also, reported to Dental plan. Mary Jo L.
