the dentist is a terrible people person u want our business or not I'm still getting paid type of person so when she comes in the room start off being rude because she not going to spare you're feelings and we quickly insult u

be careful of Kyle when he tells you what you owe. After insurance I was told I owed $1064 which I payed right then thinking I was done paying then Boom get a bill for $150. Kyle how can you be off by so much Aspen dental can hire a monkey to do his job. I'm done with this place

Go there and they demanded that I get new x-rays after having a full set done in January 2024. The dentist was not very nice, I guess I offended her by telling her that the business wasn't the same after my wife got her dentures there in 2017. She wouldn't do anything, made me a referral to a real dental group. And and this is without even looking in my mouth. Nothing for the pain or antibiotics. Aspen dental are money hungry con artists. My husband went in for a simple extraction. He paid for initial consultation and X-rays and was told he needed more work. He was placed in a waiting room and someone from "finance" came in and said it would be 11,300 to complete all necessary dental work. They offered financing. Lol. That right there was a big red flag. But he explained that he didn't want any other work done just the extraction. So after waiting another 20-30 minutes they came back and said in order to do the extra... read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My teeth are now rotting at the gum after getting "metal" partials. All they care about is the money. I'm on my way to the er due to their crappy work. STAY AWAY

If I could give them negative stars I would. Their system was down and so they would be willing to do my dental work if I paid full price since they can't determine what my insurance would pay. They have lost not only their computer system but their common sense as well. I called this morning to confirm my appointment today was still valid. They should have let me know then I would be paying as if I had no insurance. I went in for information about having some dental work done. Met with the doctor and the billing staff. Made another appointment to start my dental work. The day of my appointment, they called and canceled. Their system was down and I was out of luck. I took the day off for this appointment. They finally made another appointment for me to come in. horrible service and keep denying my calls. I asked for a refund from their money back policy they told me they can only refund 10% and then didn't even give me those it had been 8 weeks now.

I had to wait 3 hours before my painful tooth was fixed. There is a wait for each member of the team and the office manager wait was 30 minutes. She was only concerned about payment and how much more money they could get from me in the future. 3 hours is too long to be at a dentist office before they will finally do what you came there to fix especially when you are in pain. Just an overall terrible experience.
