I want to leave 5 stars, but can't. Your staff sent me to the "Green Room" and then lost me. They took my MINOR child out of the surgery and placed him in my vehicle, without informing me that he was done, then proceeded to call my phone, Looking for me, asking if I had left the premises and wanted to know if I was here. This was my second time here at the Aspen dental office, ever, the first time was two days prier to this, I am so upset that you would put me in a room, then LOOSE me, then call as if I abandoned my son whi... read more

This is the worst place you can come to. They are demeaning, condescending and they try to bully you into getting work done. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They try to sell everyone Invisalign like they own stock in the company. I went in to have my teeth cleaned and get fillings and I had to actually ask them how many fillings I needed because they were too busy trying to sell me braces for my bottom teeth. Do you self a favor and don’t even bother coming here. My daughter left in tears afraid that her teeth were ... read more

Terrible terrible terrible place, high pressure selling for your teeth. DO NOT GO to ASPEN dental. This has been a Horrible experience. I went in for a broken left lower tooth. I was diagnosed with needing a crown for this tooth. Also diagnosed with a crown needed for both of my two front top teeth. Which I have never had a problem with. Also needed a filling in a left top tooth that I have never had a problem with. Also diagnosed with needing Avisalign for 4000 because my tooth bite was supposedly so bad that it was ... read more

I did not like the way that Aspen Dental handeled the vague responses to my inquiries about how much the procedure i needed would cost. I was quoted 125.00 so i went in and they took xrays of everything instead of just focusing on my problem area, when we finally started talking to me about the problems area. then they send me to their financial department who tells me it is going to cost 266.00 for an extraction and I had to pre pay! I said well that was not what I was quoted, and the lady simply told me it was because some... read more

Hi pressure sales for dental work that is not neccessary. I went in for cleaning and spent 30 mins telling them I didn't need the dental work they tried to sell me. All I wanted was my teeth cleaned not my wallet. They spent less than 15 minutes cleaning my teeth and ended up spending $140 for a cleaning they said my insurance didn't cover. I will not step foot in this business again. My previous dentist had retired and I am looking for a new dentist. My insurance always covered my cleaning in the past with no out of pocke... read more

I saw the dentist because I was swollen with infection and in pain. They were more concerned with scheduling a treatment plan with an Invisalign and a cleaning that they failed to even call in the antibiotics I desperately need for the infection. It is now 24 hours later, I am 10x more swollen and can not even talk; still no antibiotics. I canceled the future appointments with them. If they can not call in antibiotics that are needed, I can not trust them with my future dental work including oral surgery in 2 weeks.

As I sat in the chair at the dentist office ready to receive my service I noticed something. The assistant open to utensils that were to be used in my service and place them on the little table by me. In looking at the implements that she laid out, one implement really stood out because it looked filthy. When the assistant left the room, I took a closer look it really did look filthy. When she returned, I complained about the appearance of the utensil. Her reaction was to assure me did she just open them fresh from having be... read more

Why in the world would you have to pay for a new set of x-rays when you were a patient less than 2 years ago?? Just a way to charge more for their services! NEVER GOING BACK!!
