I’ve been trying to make an appointment and all I keep getting is a recording telling me their business hours which is 7:30 am - 7:30 pm however, no one is answering and I keep getting told to call back during regular business hours.. 😑

I paied my bill and about a year later they say that i still owe more on my bill. This is BAD.
They have instead of the continued to misfit my husband with their BS fittings, and when our insurance reimbursed them, they agreed to return the refund to us. Instead they sent our money to a third party (Genesis FC), who they forced us into a credit situation with! We are demanding a refund from these overpriced amateurs. made an appointment with Aspen through their call center. went to appointment and after a short wait I was informed that I didn't have an appointment. receptionist said there was nothing they could do since they were overbooked. I had just driven 30 miles for the appointment. basically after I tried complaining I was ignored. called the call center and they said even tho I got an appointment time the operator forgot to enter it. sorry I just can't go back
Listen to patients. I was told they fix dentures but when I got there they only wanted to sell me new, they didn't even look at my dentures.
Awful not worth my time 2 hours there an will tell everyone about my experience!!!
They wouldn’t refund all my money back to my credit card. They won’t even return my calls. Paid up front for a procedure and had to cancel because I was admitted to hospital as emergency. Found out later I didn’t even need the procedure they said I needed.
I was really impressed with the group at Aspen. I had a very early appointment and it was on a day where they were celebrating the anniversary of the company and was only running a few moments behind. The exam and x-rays where not to uncomfortable for the condition of my teeth. The Dr did a thorough and comprehensive review of my x-rays and what state my mouth was in and gave me several options for directions to turn to start correcting my bite. However. I left in tears. I had a broken crown on my front tooth, and in my books, that’s pretty much an emergency. I called and explained my situation and the girl I talked to said that since I was a new customer, my exam would be free. HOWEVER, she did not explain that the exam would be all they would do. I went in there expecting at least a temporary crown, but left with nothing. Plus, they were going to charge me $1080 for a crown, less 20% due to a special.
