Well, I thought I had found a new dentist, however, they push their treatment plan and wont listen to the patient. They refused to do any work on cavities and a extraction untill after a regiment of pral hygiene that would cost more the 600$ out of pocket. I have filed a formal complaint with the State Dental Board as well. Beware, they will push their own agenda over your wishes, I also called aspen corporate office and they also were unable to help. NOT GOING BACK!
Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
I never hsd s promble with them soon ad i sat down they call me back for service they are very nice n clean the Dr is vety nice n make u very relaxed at the Office n they dont charge u for everything u walk in the door!!!!
Ok my teeth are pretty bad from smoking cigerrette for a long time I'm 28 years old and trying to get into the navy, what would really bad cavitys be considered, or decaying teeth?
I had dentures made and they let you return w/o charge for as many adjustments as you need. That is the way it should be. I have always had courteous service but they can be a bit slow sometimes. I have recommended Aspen to another family member, who is now a patient.
Not at all pleased! I just wanted a general cleaning and a crown. After being told that I have bone and gum issues which will cost thousands of dollars to "repair," they would not clean my teeth. At the end of the appointment, I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive the Treatment Plan. Very disappointed to say the least.
The last visit i was not to happy with their customer service but today 4-23-15 im very satisfied..customer service is one of my pet peeves and TodAy they truly delivered! The office managers Gionina and Amelia were AWESOME!!!!!!!
