I did everything Aspen wanted. I registered online. I completed all forms online. I waited three weeks for my 7:30 am appointment. I showed up five minutes early for my appointment. Then after waiting 35 minuets to be seen and no one speaking with me I decided Aspen Dental did not care about my time. I told them I was leaving. Only at that time did they seem to care. I would never use Aspen Dental again they have completely messed up my debit card account and no one knows how to fix it no one knew exactly how much to charge for service they voided my account now I can't get them to refund my card and they just ask to talk you back and never do Tyler TX office doesn't know how to fix it and they don't know what to charge you I guess they charge by the person and how you look and yes I want my money
At Aspen Dental, They are nice but I don't know what to think about the dentist. Don't remember his name but he is an old man. Don't like his attitude. My husband went through hell to get them to write a prescription for all the pain he is having with a bad tooth.
They are a bunch of phonies. After an “ exam” they brought me into a green room an told me to wait(,for someone who was going to try and rip me off) I left
They Are Ok With Getting Me In With The Dental Visit...But My Part Is After The Insurance..I Need A Place That Helps Me As They Are Going My Teeth...See That I Need Hel..So Why They Can't Help As Far As A Payment Plan So I Can Get Them Fix...I Am Really In Need Of Dental Work...They Act Like They Understand Your Problems But They Really Dont...They Are About To Loose A Patient
I spent several thousand dollars on root canal and crown bridge for 3 teeth. I havent even had it 2 months and it came out while I was eating on a Friday evening. I called the emergency line and didnt get a return call. I came to clinic in Longview and was fit in.I was charged nearly $300 to have it put back in and was told that it was because they had to replace a post. They are really nice over the phone and I thought I would enjoy my visit. As it turns out when you get there first you wait and wait then you go in the back and wait some more then the dentist comes in and he acts like he just really doesn't care whether he sees you or not or that he didn't want to be there I don't know which but he had no chairside manner not even a bad one.
