Today, they lost my whole family as patients. I went in with a dental emergency. The front staff decided it wasn’t important enough. She didn’t consult with the Dr. She made the decision which in my opinion wasn’t hers to make! A front too broken IS an emergency!!!! They never had a problem taking my money or insurance before. I drove to Marshall to be seen at Choice Dental. DO NOT GO HERE! 2.5 hours in the office to end up only having xrays done and to be seen by the dentist and told my teeth are great. The last 30 minutes which were waiting for a regular cleaning then to be told that no that wouldn't be happening. Go to a regular dentist if you don't want to waste your time and actually want to see staff that care about you as a person.

Deanne is very friendly but I had to endure so many bite wings (like 10) and it was painful and uncomfortable Bite wings are those devices they put in your mouth that you bite down on so they can take pictures of your teeth. I had to have a tooth extracted and one filling done. Vicki Hutchins was my dentist. When she went to numb my gums on the right side for the extraction the pain from the needles sticking me was excruciating. She stuck my gums 3 times and it hurt so bad. The Longview office cancelled my emergency appointment for Friday after business hours via voicemail. I called the 800 number and was told to go to the emergency room for antibiotics. They didn't care that I had already taken a day off from work for the appointment that they cancelled. I hope they enjoyed their day off because I spent mine in pain. Pathetic customer service.
