I usually have no problem getting in at or before my appointment time, but I had to wait 45 minutes this time. I kept watching everyone who arrived after me get called back before me. I think the hygentist was a little rough, I'm still sore the day after. Normally I have an excellent visit, this one was just ok. I am however thankful that they accommodate working people and take late appointments.
Terrible patient service. Cannot believe the way Dr. Painton and his hygienist treat the patients. I will never step foot in this practice again. If I have anything to say about it, neither will any of my friends or family. It's a shame all doctors aren't like Dr. Phillips.
Expect long waits and delays with any kind of dental work.
