Excellent experience. Wasn't rushed through nor did I have to wait a long time. Honest dentist. If something is beyond their skill set you will be referred to a specialist. I rather be referred to a specialist them have a dentist perform shoddy work.
They were very professional. The office was very clean & equipped with up to date equipment. The call center gave me a incorrect quote for my extraction & I was given a percentage off for my inconvenience. The dentist was very informative & the staff that I encountered was very polite. I would definitely revisit them again. Give them a try!
I called about an emergency appointment for the new Aspen Dental here in Cordova/Germantown area. The office in Millington had an opening at 10:30 am but it was 10:00 when I called. Let me start this off that I am a very BIG Baby and WAY WAY overdue to visit the dentist. Everyone was great but I dealt with all of these wonderful people.. Erica, April, Tracey, Caleb and Dr. Alexander. I was never lectured or made to feel bad, everyone was just happy that I had made the decision to get my mouth back in shape. If you have put off your dental health pick up the phone and make an appointment today.
I haven't been to a dentist in a while due to insurance. I was very nervous. Upon arriving at Aspen I was greeted with a smile and courtesy. As the procedure started a young lady named Erica came for me. Still nervous she was very friendly and professional. One of the best dentist I've been to and I've had tooth trouble my whole life so I've seen plenty and the people who work here are so kind and seem to really try their hardest to make it a good experience. Very professional will recommend to every one I know. Very happy , best dentist visit ever.
The workers here are amazing very friendly. Talk to you like family. Makes you feel at home. They don't rush and they make sure all of your questions are answered!
Staff is amazing! Dr. Alexander is funny & light hearted which makes the whole experience less stressful. His assistant Tracey is wonderful!
