Best dental office I've ever visited! The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Had some major work done today. Accomplished with much less pain than I had imagined. They provided financing for me since I have no dental insurance. This will be the only place I go for my dental needs. My husband will also be making an appointment soon! They also are offering a $19 visit! Highly recommend Aspen Dental in Millington!!

Stay away from these incompetent people. We had insurance for our daughter. Their mistakes and out right lies caused her not to receive the last treatment should could get as she aged out because of their delay. If they’re this bad at paperwork, I can only imagine how awful the dental care is.

pay to have a cap put on it fell off not even a month later and they don't want to do anything about it but charge me again. Not to mention no one answers the phones or does any call backs. Piss poor customer care

I believe this is the worst place ever. I don't recommend it at all. You can have an appointment but you don't see called back for over an hour to two hours after your appointment time, once they call you back you still have to wait a while. I also don't recommend them for dentures either. They tell you that you will basically have two sets of dentures but you don't because they can't fix the first set for you to be able to wear them. This is an awful experience! I came in complaining of a toothache. What I got first was 10 minutes with a dentist, a bill that was not itemized but totaled more than $5000 from a snooty office manager and another appointment. I came back for the second appointment and get casts made and a 5-minute visit with a hygienist who wanted me to sign something for a cancer screening, presumably for even more money and another appointment to do something other than get this painful tooth out of my mouth.
