You guys pulled my husband's teeth, put dentures in, and didn't call in any meds like you said you did! After 1 hour of waiting I call and the lady said she'll remind him. After 2 hours of waiting we came back to the office and the dentist has left already! He's been in severe pain for 3 hours now. How do you just forget and let people suffer?

Aspen Dental presented a treatment plan and requested payment towards treatment that was represented as treatment not covered by insurance, however the only treatment not covered were two procedures that are not recommended by the American Dental Association, this was 98.00 worth of a 303.00 “treatment plan” the remainder of the balance was paying 135.00 towards an Oral B toothbrush as well as over 30.00 each for a fluoride rinse and toothpaste, both of which were unnecessary and can also be purchased for half that amount at... read more

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist that was working on me said they were short staffed and had me handing him instruments during the extraction. A few days later, I went in because the pain was worse than before I went in. He glanced at it, said Im gonna be ok, take the antibiotics and sent me on my way. A came in a week and a half later due to still having pain, I requested an appointment, they said they could work me in 3 days from then. I asked for a note for work, and he then said that I shouldn't n... read more

I had a 9am appointment on yesterday for a crown prep. I arrived on time and checked-in; I noticed there were about 6 other people in the lobby prior to my arrival. I patiently waited until 9:30 until I decided to ask the receptionist what was the hold up. She stated that they were overbooked and the back was full of patients and there was no specific time that I would get called back. I waited another 15 minutes before I decided to cancel. It would have been nice for the receptionist to inform patients when we arrived t... read more

Don't tell people they will wait 30 minutes then leave them waiting over 2 hours.

Finally got in touch with Aspen Dental (not the office manager, but some flunky) after several attempts over the past week. They say, “We’d be happy to schedule you for the 15th, but we will need payment up front.” I expected that. What I didn’t expect, they say the price they quoted me when I was in the office was for Dr. Alexander (their dentist who would only use local anesthesia)), but that if I wanted the oral surgeon (who would use sedation) it would be nearly $1900 (and that’s with insurance). They never made the dist... read more

I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist. I’m in my fifties and gotten to the place to where I needed some major dental work done , from not seeing dentist very often. They have done a wonderful job of taking my fear of dentist away. Still having more work done by them, but so far I would highly recommend them.

This is my second review as apen had facebook remove my last review. My brother went to Aspen in Millington because he had a tooth ache. I personally made the appointment and was told there was no charge. He got there and was told their was a 19 dollar charge okay not big deal its 19 bucks. Plus the lady at the counter told him he would not receive service if he did not pay. So he gets back their and because of a gag reflex he had a hard time with the mouth piece for the xrays which the tech though was funny. He was then tol... read more
