The location in Millington is full of criminals. My Brother went into this location with a tooth ache and wound up getting taken for almost 2 grand. When we tried to dispute the charge they said he had already signed the paper so they were going to do nothing. Then I called and spoke with Sydney in the office and she first told me that my brother did not sign a waiver for her to talk to me but ended up telling me that Dr Alexander is the Dr who allowed my brother to be taken advantage of. My husband & I went in to get our teeth cleaned, Wesley at 9:15, me at 10:00. After about 16+ x-rays each, the hygienist and dentist looked at us and then we were taken to the green room. The finance specialist came and took us to her desk. We were both diagnosed with periodontal disease and Wesley needed 2 root canals. Wesley's cost with RC was $4073.00 and mine $498.00 (out of pocket after insurance). We told them we just wanted to get our teeth cleaned and they refused, this was at 11:20. The staff was very friendly, it's the price that almost gave me a heart attack!! Almost $300 to pull one tooth!! Over $10,000 to pull my teeth, all of witch they confirmed needed to go, and get me some dentures!! REALLY!!!??? And no kind of sedation!!! As if!!!! NO I WOULD NOT GO THERE.

Price gouging sell full dentures to me and no cavities or problems aith bottem teeth souldnt even give me the price on a bridge for the reason i came in
I wouldnt step foot back in this place if they paid me!
This has got to be the absolute WORST dental office in the history of dentistry. I mean, how do you go in to have your tooth worked on that's been bothering you for a while & they work on the WRONG TOOTH?!? How does that even happen? Like is the laughing gas being used by the dentist and employees rather than the patients? How else would a mistake THAT BIG possibly be made?!? This dental office is a joke & I would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY!!
