I went for a new patient intake because I need about $5,000 in dental work done. The visit itself went well and I was impressed. But the office manager went home ill and I was told she'd call me the following day. I waited and no phone call. Two days later I called back to ask what happened to the phone and because the antibiotics weren't really helping. I was told I would get a call back a bit later. No one ever called. I would give Aspen dental zero stars but I can’t! There nothing but a scam! They get you in with their low patient fee. Then they get you with a small minor thing and then change it and expect you to pay more money! This is my personal experience! Horrible experience. It seemed like they were more Interested in making money off of my teeth instead of pulling the one tooth that I was there to be seen for. Will never ever go back there again

I had a big procedure done in March I had a follow up 2 weeks later they called and cancelled the appt and they took my phone number and name down and we’re suppose to call and got me in accordingly, a month went by and I called and they said they would call me back we’ll this followed twice and no call back and they sent me a bill for services that haven’t happened and I finally got them to schedule me and it’s now a hour past my appt time and I’m still waiting.... and I’m guessing there’s still nobody here that can explain... read more

RecommendedLOVE this office. I have major dental issues due to chronic gastro issues & acid reflux. Dr. Carlos Alexander is amazing. His soothing voice, calm temperament, & care that he shows me as a patient helps calm my fears of the dentist office. He explains things which is also helpful. He does amazing cosmetic work as well. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Millington is the worst place ever!! Been there multiple times just for them to mess up my teeth even more than they were originally, took a lot of money up front even for services they have messed up on, won’t return my calls, and haven’t bothered to try and make anything right. One dentist tried to bribe me with a free bleaching if I wouldn’t give a bad review!! This was a complete waste of my time! The customer service was great and everyone was friendly, but they never addressed or did anything to fix the tooth that I came in for. I came in for an emergency visit for a large filling that cracked and was coming out causing pain. I spent 3 hours there having Xrays, 3D imaging, and gum evaluations done.
