Thier a great place for taking your money BUT DONT HAVE AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE THIER TO BUSY TO HELP THEY WILL GET YOU IN THEN give you the run around was happy at first tell the doctor was forceful and they got ride of him and now that they have my money they want to take thier good old sweet time

I had broken off a tooth and thus that was the cause of my appointment. The dentist was very kind and made sure I was completely numb prior to pulling my tooth.
I do not like going to the dentist, and yesterday I had to have 3 really bad teeth removed, I was nervous. Dr. T. And Lavada, along with other made my visit a pleasant one.
Absolutely worst experience in my life. I explained that I needed extra novicane. The black dentist pretty much called me a junkie and did not listen when I said I have had sensitive teeth and gums since early childhood. ...he drilled into my mouth with only 1 shot of novicane and I was to the point of crying . He said just deal with it. ..... ASPEN DENTAL IS A JOKE

This was the best dental visit I think I ever had. Alicia was great with my cleaning and I loved Dr. Burton. He was very nice and put me at ease.
Went in a few months ago to have a tooth extracted, not only did I have the distinct feeling that I was wasting their time, but even after being told "I have a high tolerance for novacane" they refused to administer more than the standard amount, even when I told them "hey I can feel this clearly". I was simply told "that's just pressure". It wasnt, it was the worst pain ever. Don't ever expect me back.
Horriable customer service frown emoticon I would never recommend this office to anyone . Only been there 4 times and each time has been a disappointment
