I've been in pain for almost 2 months for what I have been told is my wisdom teeth coming in I called Aspen dental and was able to schedule an appointment but for $130 to be seen. Due to my schedule i had to drive a little further to a different Aspen location, but got good results.
I was not impressed one bit. My child needs her molars taken out but I will not be doing it there.
I called to make an appointmen. Talked with Lisa who was quite nice. I told her my situation on my partial being broken and lost 2 yrs ago, and my insurance covers one every 8 yrs. I would have to wait another 3 yrs. Plus I have a "Best Benefits" discount card. So she said ok your first visit is free and you can talk to them on what the payment for the partial would be. GREAT!! This place is all about up-selling. They do what they can to charge more than they have to.
I don't even think they deserve 1 star. Very rude, waiting 1.5 hrs to be seen after appt time. awful experience. Will not recommend office to anyone. Will not go back.
I have experienced first hand over the past few yrs this office and let me tell you it has gone down hill terribly. The new office manager has such issues with male clients . He is so into himself that he can't help another man . My husband will be changing offices . We will continue to use Aspen just not the Oswego office if I can help it .
Choose any place but Aspen in Oswego. You will not be treated with respect and caring.
Awful experiences with this location over the past couple of years. Not only do they find ways to get more money out of you, but they do not seem to know what they are doing when it comes to dentistry. After today's experience we will no longer be using Aspen services. We tried and continued to give them chance after chance but no longer. Poor quality care.
