Had a crown placed. Was charged a ridiculous price, however, I paid it (which included taking out a small loan to pay the balance that was left after my insurance). I was treated VERY poorly by the dentist...even yelled at at one point. Now...after my insurance paid out, and I paid my loan IN FULL...my account has been placed in collections because apparently I still owe $25...even though they can't explain to me why. walk in visit had tooth come out of denture . Greeted immediately asked reason for visit she said thev would get me in as soon as a tech was available. Minutes later called me up office manager greeted me and had me sit in secluded area for personal information update then took my teeth to the Dentist who said it would be 1/2 hour to fix. twenty minutes later they brought my teeth to me said work was covered under my warranty and no charge for the work I sure was a satisfied customer

Takes way too long to get things done. my wife and I have been cancelled many times for work to be done. Our last cleanings were 1 year ago, which are minimal at best

Poor time management, unaccommodating, short staffed, will try to give you work you don't need so they can get more money. Watch them!
