RecommendedI went to Aspen Dental in Oswego, because the office in Cicero couldn't accommodate my request for an appointment change till 5 months later for perio maintenance. I was treated very well. Morgan was very professional and pleasant. I didn't have any problem with the staff in Cicero either.
Since our local Aspen Dental finally found a Full Time Dental Hygienist, the service has been excellent! My appointments are kept, reminders are sent in multiple ways, I haven't had to wait, and my hygienist is so sweet and knowledgeable! She's young and very personable!
I recently went through some very extensive dental work. I can't say enough good things about this office. The environment is very clean & appointment wait times were reasonable. I had a few challenges that are completely normal with the work I had done and the staff here was excellent. I can't say enough about the staff at Aspen Dental! They have been nothing but amazing and accommodating. Dr. Washington is incredible! I went years without seeing a dentist for my anxiety was nearly unbearable due to past experiences with prior dentists. Dr. Washington has gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and ease of mind. Thanks to her and the the rest of the team, I am able to breath easy knowing I am in good hands. �

I am always treated professionally, great service, excellent dental care, friendly people. The only problem I had last time I was there was the wait time. My appt. was at 11:00 am and wasn't taken back until 12:30.
