Rude ass doctors who want to acknowledge grown ass men as fucking children. Never have I ever been disrespected by a doctor the way this place did. You’d think he doesn’t know what the hell hes doing or if he’s even licensed. No wonder everyone says this place is trash
Horrible hygienist, and the dentist was rude and disrespectful. didn't pull my tooth, sent me home. i ended up with an abscess, terribly sick from it. not to mention my original review with all the details in, they took down. hhmmm clearly they don't want public to know the truth!
I was called about an hour before my oral surgery by the Camillus Aspen Dental office and was told that my insurance was entered wrong at the Oswego office and I owed $688. This needed to be paid in full before my appt. The manager at the Camillus office was extremely rude about the entire situation. No one provided us any explanation as to why I had to pay this amount of money within an hours notice other than "insurance information was entered wrong". Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a cleaning and get there to find out there’s no hygienist available. The front desk told me I’d have to come back for two more appointments to get a cleaning. No regard for working people who have to take time off of work to get there.
