Absolutely the worst place to go for any dental service. Customer service is terrible and they charge like mad. I tried to transfer my x rays and it was impossible. And Brittany that answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful.

Came in to my appointment ten minutes early. Waited over twenty before anyone greeted me. I sat in the back for two hours before being seen by the dentist. She knew I wasn't happy about that and was rude and very fast with me. I spoke with the manager after but she just seemed like she didn't care about my concerns and gave one excuse after another. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I went to Oswego aspen dental in east first st. U wasn’t to happy. Before they start anything. They want to do x ray on my teeth. I want to ask a question to the teeth doctor and she won’t even come out to answer my question. I ask 3 times from x ray tech if the teeth doctor can answer my question. ***WARNING*** I walked into this office 8 days ago in hopes of finding relief from the large, painful, swollen lump below my bottom front teeth which prevents me from eating and sleeping normally. I waited 8 days in pain for an appointment. The most unprofessional staff with the worst bedside manner was completely inattentive to the issue I was being seen for. My father was supposed to have all teeth pulled. Came out with a minor portion pulled. They gave Nothing to put him out! When he was finished “with this visit” came out throwing up, dry heaving and bleeding uncontrollably, their team suggested urgent care. In huge discomfort ! No help to our family on any suggestions on how to treat, feed, pain medication etc. Thankfully we have Walmart pharmacies to do their job. I would never suggest aspen even for a baby tooth. HORRIBLE service. My husbands appointment has been cancelled 2 times now in a 3 wk span. 1 because DR calls out sick though we didnt get a call until 45 mins before the appointment, and 2nd we get to the office to be told, the system is down and they cant take new patients right now! Waisted our time even coming in for nothing! We will NOT be coming back.

My first time visit was VERY disappointing. I was hoping for a friendly professional environment, however after taking a rather lengthy medical history the dr spent perhaps 5 minutes examining my tooth before passing me to a business manager who proceeded to tell me what was wrong and the cost. I've been in pain for almost 2 months for what I have been told is my wisdom teeth coming in I called Aspen dental and was able to schedule an appointment but for $130 to be seen.
