I scheduled my first appointment, and confirmed it, (in April) only to show up and it was canceled. scheduled another (for dentures). The molds weren't even close to what I wanted, had them redone. Dentures didn't come in, appointment was canceled. Dentures were lost, had to start over. Supposed to have a try-in today... Dentures still not in. 6 trips to Quincy, 6 days of lost work, nothing to show but 4 months of frustration.

After being stuck in an exam room waiting for 40 minutes I walked out. They obviously overbook and expect you to sit around all day and wait on them. Nope 👎🏼

I drove from Carthage to have my teeth (dentures) cleaned. After calling twice previously and being told I did not need to make an appointment and that I could just drop by. I get here only to find out there is no one here to do it today. Unfortunately this type of thing is typical of how the Quincy location has always been. Complete rip-offs! Poor service, poor communication, and expensive. $4500 later and multiple visits, I still dont have my permanent dentures, my lower temps never got adjusted correctly, so they still dont fit, and now they wont even let me make an appointment with them. Did i mention the huge blister in my mouth from being burnt by hot wax!!!

Upsells like $400 toothbrushes, $600 mouth wash, $1,000 deep clean and pressuring. Which was funny because the last cleaning I had by a different employee said my teeth were good. Very obvious staff is getting paid on commission. 2 hours to do a “cleaning”. 30 minutes late getting started. After 2 hours cleaning wasn’t even done because I had to do all the upsells before they’d do it which required two more additional visits. Do not ever step foot in this door..... you will highly regret it.... they tell you lies and establish a treatment plan for you , that you do not even need .. they use substitute dentists that your not aware of ... they never return calls nor send information that you requested..in my opinion it’s a big cover up ,is why they never get back with you. I do not recommend this place at all !! I scheduled a routine teeth cleaning that is covered by my insurance twice a year. Without asking me they did X-rays and had a dentist come to the room that I did but ask for! I normally pay $17 for the fluoride but this time they charged me $38 and couldn’t explain why .. receptionist said they’d call me later.. which they never did ! Now, I see a claim with my insurance company im going to owe them $90 for something I did not ask for !
My husband came in there for a single denture impression and walked out with a 5000 plus dollar treatment plan and NOT ONE THING we asked for was done. Highly unprofessional. When I set this appointment up NO ONE said the dental lab was not open on Saturday. I am very disappointed and you will NOT ever see us in there again.
The worst dentistry experience I've ever had. I was there almost 3 hrs with a toothache to be given motrin and told to wait for the swelling to go down. I left with more pain than I had coming in. I called back to tell them they had the wrong Rx called in and got told I was wrong. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
