Super long wait times. I think they tend to overbook. You never get the same dentist twice. They don't find and fill cavities in the same sitting...you have to have an evaluation first. The dentist found 2 cavities (which I pointed out to them) and they said it would be 3 weeks before they could fit me in to have them filled. I've been there 4 times in the last year. The first 2 visits were great. The last 2 visits sucked.
My upper denture after 6 months keeps breaking after a year they keep charging me 149 to repair it, one time they don’t charge me then they charge me. Their front desk people are very rude, but the doctor is nice, I will go to St Louis and try and fine another Dentist and fix my problem.
My husband was called and asked to come an hour early he says sure. No problem. I’ll head there. SAT for 2 hours! And nothing?!! Told it will be another fifteen minutes at least. Thanks TriCare for picking such crap providers. Glad you care about you military. BTW. He left. End of story. 😡
This was my first and last visit. I went in for an infected wisdom tooth and to consult about extraction and Aspen is one of the only offices in our insurance network. The tech doing xrays paid no attention to hitting my teeth and my gagging on the device. The doctor was great, wrote me a script and told me everything looked great except that wisdom tooth, and that it would be fine to extract once the infection was gone. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to get a check up and was told that if I do not have a $3,000 cleaning , then I will not be able to get any other services. I go to the dentist at least once a year for a check up, but wanted to check on another dentist. Followed up to try an get my dental record and was told that I can not obtain a digital copy??
The dentist was rude and in a very big hurry. I had 2 teeth pulled and he didn’t even wait for the numbing medicine to take effect before he started the shots, I also had to hold the suction thing my self and he would tell me when to use it. He was very rough I am going on 4 days and my mouth still hurts.. The nurse was nice
Had 4 teeth pulled in my past..had one with this doctor who is very rough and actually stabbed my upper lip..im still in very very much pain ill never go back
I would Never go back to that place ever again, I just needed a check up prior to surgery, and that Dr wanted to pull several teeth, I am on a blood thinner and you just don’t do that. I could have bled severely that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen!
