It was a terrible experience your dentist was very rough and broke one of teeth off and told me it would be fine well what 2 day later it's hurting so I guess I'll have to go somewhere else to have it looked at. I feel that tooth should of been free as he didn't really fix my tooth ache I have a niece that works for Aspen dental I plan to let her know about your services. As far as the girls they were very nice and helpful. I really didn't understand I had to go two different rooms for X-rays then a room for you dental hygie... read more

This is a terrible dentist, I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a root canal and crown on a tooth I’d broken. The traveling dentist (didn’t even know what city he was in) numbed me and drilled for about an hour before deciding he couldn’t do it. Then they started suggesting I go somewhere else. Now keep in mind I had already paid them for the work. Told them that I did want to go elsewhere but wanted a full refund, then they tried to tell me that I would still have to pay for what had already been done. Now tha... read more

They cancel appointments unknowingly and have no methods of redundancy to contact you if they have any outdated contact information. Their corporate office also collects your personal information but doesn't update it in their local system so that's nefarious. They also have trouble keeping their notes in order. 2 different people pulled up my account and told me very different things. I'd go anywhere else but their the only ones in my network. Absolutely awful.

It turned in to a 2 HOUR sales pitch and I left in more pain than when I arrived. I needed a tooth extracted. I was very precise about my availability. They jack assed around and I got nowhere. I paid for a visit that was COMPLETELY USELESS!

My husband was very disappointed with Aspen Dental! They took x-rays and wanted to do a bunch of work to his teeth that would be over $1,000 after insurance paid. However they were unable to determine that he had an abscess tooth! He went to another dentist the next day and they found the abscess and he will be going to that dentist for his care. It seems like all Aspen Dental wants is your money! Very poor quality of care!

I was disappointed to outright disgusted by every visit I had, from a 5-hour stent in the chair for a crown that did not even cover my whole tooth, so that I had to have it re-done elsewhere; to a splint to stabilize my loose lower front teeth, which broke after a month while eating an apple. The dentist redid it, and it lasted a whole two weeks that time and broke completely out of my mouth while I was eating an ice cream cone! Then bill after bill after bill after bill for services I had already paid for. I sent cancell... read more
