I can't say enough good things about my visit to Aspen Dental ! Everyone there was so nice ans so helpful! My teeth were VERY BAD I have been told in the past I could never wear full dentures by 3 diffrent dentist 2 were personal friends of mine ! Dr Femi at Aspen proved them all wrong ! Love you guys! Everyone is always so nice! They got me in when I really needed to see a dentist and have worked with me and my insurance. I used to hate going to dentist. This is a place I can see myself going to for years!

I've had my appointment canceled at the last minute, be told I need a special cleaning $900 dollars, I went and got a second opinion and I was told I didn't in anyway need that type of cleaning. Take off work to take my daughter to her appointment to show up and get told they canceled it since it had not been confirmed, and they still had the wrong number on file which I've asked multiple times for that number to be changed. I will never recommend or go back to this place

Do not recommend! They told me that recommended care plan would cost me over $2000 after insurance. I followed through with another dentist and have not been charged or recommended anything even close to that. Staff is very rude and they don’t listen. I was new to the area, and they refused to request my records from my previous dentist. They insisted on doing the expensive type X-rays although I had done them about 6 months prior. My girlfriend had an appointment scheduled last week and she received a call a few days later to reschedule. When she arrived 4-10-22 at 2:30 they had nothing in their computer. Time is money...
I have been trying to pay my husband's bill for 3 months. I first received a bill for over 800, we called and they advised it was a credit. Then when my husband went in for another procedure they advised he owed 800. I called and asked them to send a bill and it showed we owed 500, I create a account online to make the payment and it showed 300 owed. I do not recommend anything about this Aspen Dental in Quincy, IL. Manager and assistant manager have been replaced and Shauna at the front desk is very nice. Most of the others here are not. I've been here an hour and a half. I came for an adjustment of my dentures that are under warranty and of course without paying hundreds of dollars they won't do anything.
