Never use this place!!!!! Bunch of QUACKS Recommended a lot of work that did not need to be done!!! and do not try to contact me in any way!!!!!

Gave me nothing for the pain or didn't give any suggestions for what to take for the pain and making me wait 3 days before getting my tooth pulled.

I paid $44 upon entering what I thought was a teeth cleaning ( this was my second visit because they did not clean my teeth the first visit). It's been a month now and I just received my bill stating that the $44 was for the gel and the rinse that they gave me to take home. Nobody mentioned anything about that being the cost. I merely thought the $44 was for part of the service not for the supplies that were given to me. Really do wish I could give this place a zero star... So I get a message from Aspen dental that says I need to contact them about my appointment (to have wisdom teeth removed) and then I call she tells me that there oral surgeon isn't going to be able to do the surgery tell October... Seriously I've been there twice now and even mentioned that people are giving bad reviews on Facebook and on Google about them for cancelling appointments on other people and her reply back was " You have nothing to worry about we will take car... read more

I went to Aspen as they were pretty much the only ones in the network with my insurance. Normally go to Dentist in town I live. I have to say I was rather disappointed. The woman at the front desk seemed really unhappy to be there. No smiles, didn't greet people when they came in. There was no privacy what so ever. I felt really self conscious as while getting my Xrays a little girl was starring at me the whole time. The rooms are wide open too. I know the woman next to me was to get a root canal. Horrible. I had an appointment last year to get my wisdom teeth taken out. They cancelled the appointment and repeatedly told me they would call to reschedule...never did. I called a few times to try to reschedule the surgery, and they just kept telling me they would call me back. Nothing. I had made a mandatory $200 down payment when I scheduled the surgery. I was a new patient and getting a huge discount that they are offering right now, so I was super excited for my visit. Right when the first lady(dental assistant?) took me back, she made me feel horrible. She obviously didn't want to be at work and everything she had to do with me was a complete bother. Waited an hour to get seen, turns out all 6 people int he waiting room were scheduled for the 10 am slot. The first person there didn't get seen until last. NOT FAIR.
