The staff were all fantastic. I got a root canal done almost two months ago. I go in today for what they said was my crown appointment and would take 90 minutes. I go in, and they want to do an impression. Five minutes later, were done (mind you I took OFF from my second job for this bullshit) and they're trying to schedule me for my ACTUAL crown and can't get me in till October. Beyond ridiculous. Among miscellaneous other issues I've had during the last few visits.
I am very dissatisfied with Aspen dental. They didn't verify my insurance coverage ahead time so I wasn't informed about the $92.00 I had to pay for xrays!! So, they lost a customer/patient.
There staff needs to get their act together. Got two different stories about my sons appointment
I thought I was going to be late for my appointment today so I called to let them know only to be told that I didn't have one. I told them I have an appointment card that says I do. I was then told that I was called on December 22, 2016 to cancel. I did not receive a call and there was no message or text from them. I changed my schedule and paid my daycare an additional fee to watch my child so I could go to this appointment that was cancelled without my knowledge. This is very unprofessional of them. I HAD TO WALK AWAY IN PAIN WITH NOTHING DONE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE $251.00 TOO PULL 1 TOOTH
The dental hygienist was great! Office manager was sub par, maybe a temporary because she didn't let the customer talk. Actually pretty rude. Dentist screwed up with first crown, fell out 2 days later, but realized his mistake and temp still in. Funny how you earn lead dentist title. Just guessing, are Aspen dentists all newbies, here today gone when they can start their own practice? Based on Aspen's 4.5 rating I guess there's alot of clients just in for regular check ups. Specialty dentistry not at aspen unfortunately.
